1. How much does a PCB prototype cost?⌵
Prices depend on layers, size, material, surface finish and quantity. Standard 2‑layer prototypes start from a few dollars per piece. We provide an exact quote based on your Gerber files.
2. What factors affect PCB pricing?⌵
Key factors: layer count, board size, material, surface finish, copper thickness, hole size, impedance control, quantity and lead time. Special processes also affect cost.
3. How fast can you deliver PCB samples?⌵
Standard 2-layer: 3–5 working days. Rush service: 24–48 hours. Multilayer/special boards: 5–7 working days.
4. What files do you need for production?⌵
Gerber and drill files are required. We also accept Altium, Cadence, KiCad files and convert them to Gerber for free.
5. Do you offer free PCB file review?⌵
Yes. We provide free DFM review to check opens, shorts, spacing, holes, impedance and other production risks in advance.
6. What is your PCB MOQ?⌵
No MOQ. We accept orders from 1 piece for prototypes, R&D and small-batch production.
7. What surface finishes do you provide?⌵
OSP, HASL, ENIG (Immersion Gold), etc. OSP is cost-effective for standard boards; ENIG is ideal for BGA and high-precision designs.
8. Are your PCBs RoHS compliant?⌵
Yes. All PCBs meet RoHS 2.0 and lead-free standards. RoHS certificates are available for global export.
9. Do you inspect PCBs before shipping?⌵
Yes. We perform appearance, dimension, continuity and insulation tests. Optional: AOI, X-Ray and impedance testing.
10. How long is total delivery time?⌵
Samples: 5–8 days (production + shipping). Bulk orders: 10–18 days via DHL/UPS/FedEx door-to-door.

1. What do you need for a PCBA quote?⌵
Gerber files, BOM list, centroid/placement file and assembly requirements.
2. Do you provide component sourcing?⌵
Yes. We supply full components from original manufacturers and authorized distributors worldwide.
3. What assembly services do you offer?⌵
SMT, DIP, BGA rework, double‑sided assembly, mixed assembly and conformal coating.
4. How long is PCBA lead time?⌵
Prototype PCBA: 5–7 working days. Small batch: 7–10 days. Mass production: 10–15 days, based on component availability.
5. Do you provide PCBA testing?⌵
Yes. We offer AOI, ICT, flying probe, functional testing and aging test to ensure 100% functionality.
6. Do you accept small PCBA orders?⌵
Yes. We support 1+ pieces for prototypes, R&D and small-batch assembly with stable quality.
7. Can you assemble BGA and fine-pitch chips?⌵
Yes. We professionally assemble BGA, QFP, QFN, CSP and ultra-fine-pitch components with X-Ray inspection.
8. Do you use genuine components?⌵
Yes. We only use brand-new, original and authentic components. No used, refurbished or counterfeit parts.
9. Do you offer one-stop service?⌵
